Retailers: request removal

If you are a retailer and do not want your prices shown here, email wasitreal@mail.grokbot.com with the subject “Retailer removal request” from an address at your company’s domain. We will remove your products from the site within 48 hours and stop collecting your prices.

Retailers and brands: dispute a verdict

If you believe something about one of your products is wrong, email us with the subject “Verdict correction request” and include the product, a link to our page, what you think is wrong and any dated evidence.

1. We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
2. While we review it, we may add a note saying the page is under review.
3. We aim to finish within 10 working days and tell you the outcome.
4. If our data was wrong, we correct it and keep a dated note on the product page.
